Robert became a licensed Realtor in 2001 and currently holds a Real Estate Broker’s license. His career began as a new home sales agent for KB Home, one of the nation’s largest home builders. His knowledge, dedication, and hard work quickly catapulted him into a lead role amongst the team. The natural progression led him into a coveted management position, with Meritage Homes of Northern California, in which he led a sales and marketing team of over 40 employees’ from the Northern tip of Southern California to Reno. Robert’s passion for selling homes and desire to manage his own business eventually led him to partner with HK Lane Real Estate. Robert’s business strength’s and managerial experience is a major benefit to everyone that works with him.

Tracy Boomer

Salesperson, Realtor®

Tracy has been licensed as a salesperson since 1990. His passion for selling and more specifically “Negotiating” has enabled him to represent buyers and sellers in every price range. After an eleven year successful span with a national residential brokerage he joined the selling team for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, KB Home. Tracy’s ambitions to market himself as well as individual sellers ultimately led him back to his selling roots of residential real estate and partnering with HK Lane Real Estate.

Together Robert & Tracy have experience in every avenue and aspect of residential real estate. Combined they offer service and skill like no other real estate team and continue to Raise the Bar in the Real Estate industry.
